My story

For seven years, I was a software engineer at Amazon. It taught me to live in data, move fast, and understand the world my clients live in — RSUs, vesting schedules, and the weight of a high-stakes decision. I speak that language natively.

Somewhere along the way, I started investing in real estate on the side — and in just five years, I built a $4.5M portfolio. That’s when it clicked: I was never truly passionate about software, but real estate lit me up. I’d signed the disclosures, run the numbers, and carried the same risk I now guide my clients through. It isn’t theory for me — it’s lived experience.

So I left tech to do what I actually love. Today I help Bay Area professionals — many of them in tech, many building their first real foothold of long-term wealth — buy, sell, and invest across the South Bay and Tri-Valley East Bay. My promise is simple: radical transparency, honest advice, and precise execution, every single time.
