These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of michaelhyunn.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Michael Hyun, a licensed California REALTOR® (DRE# 02442479) operating as BlueDoor Realty LLC and brokered by Compass (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape or harvest data, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

No professional advice; no agency relationship

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create an agency, fiduciary, or client relationship; a real estate agency relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement. SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number on one of our forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages (including via automated technology) from Michael Hyun · BlueDoor Realty LLC regarding your inquiry and our real estate services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The following terms apply to our SMS program:

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
